01A specific opportunity worth validating.
The FounderRoute system
One route for deciding what matters, doing the work, keeping context, and learning from founders who understand the journey.
A route, not a checklist
FounderRoute turns the startup journey into clear outcomes. Each stage gathers the context, evidence, metrics, and founder decision needed before the next move. You can revisit any stage when reality changes.
A specific opportunity worth validating.
Reduce the highest-risk assumptions with external evidence.
The smallest commercially meaningful product and a realistic delivery plan.
A release that delivers the promised core value safely enough for its audience.
An initial qualified cohort and an evidence-backed next decision.
Users reach meaningful first value reliably and quickly.
The right users repeatedly receive value.
Product value converts into sustainable revenue.
A repeatable source of qualified, economically viable customers.
The company operates against its most important constraint.
Legal, financial and operational risks are managed before they become scale blockers.
More than a chatbot
Founder AI is not a blank chat window. It works from the live startup: every stage, the approved ICP, accepted Startup Memory, and the files you attach. It uses that record to recommend the next move, flag what is missing, and call out conflicts, contradictions, and claims that do not hold up.
Attach a deck, a note, or a data export and it can analyze the material against what the company already believes. Durable facts can go into Memory. Conflicts and uncertain claims go to Review instead of being treated as truth. Ask for a full review, the current stage, the biggest risk, or one next action, and the answer stays tied to evidence you already have.
Works from the live startup: every stage, progress, risks, completed work, the approved ICP, and accepted Startup Memory. You do not re-explain the company every time.
Attach a deck, a note, or a data export. Founder AI reads it against the current record, extracts what is durable, and chooses what can go into Memory. Conflicts and uncertain claims go to Review instead of being treated as truth.
Compares the story across stages, ICP, Memory, and attached files. It names missing evidence, conflicting claims, and statements that do not match what the company has already recorded.
Recommends one high-leverage move, reviews the current stage, or names the biggest risk. The answer is tied to evidence you already have, not generic startup advice.
Powered by frontier AI
Your startup, powered by the strongest AI models.
Founder AI runs on GPT-6 Astra and Claude Fable 5.1 — two of the most capable reasoning models available — alongside Gemini 3.7 Flash, DeepSeek V4 Pro, GPT-5.6 Sol, and Claude Sonnet 5. The model you choose powers every chat, analysis, and founder tool. Background work uses a fast model so your credits go further.
For models, credits, and how Founder AI uses Memory, see the Founder AI docs.
Build near other builders
FounderRoute gives progress, questions, and hard-won lessons a useful place to live, without turning your private workspace into public content. You choose what to share.
Post milestones, lessons, questions, and useful updates to a founder-focused feed.
Move deeper questions into focused conversations instead of losing them in the feed.
Continue one-to-one conversations through private, browser-encrypted messages.
Discover people and startups by what they are building and where they are in the journey.
Fair feedback by design
Two founders agree to review each other’s startups and write independently. Neither side sees the other review until both have submitted, which keeps the exchange thoughtful and balanced.
Send or accept a mutual review request with another founder.
Each founder completes the review before seeing what the other wrote.
Both reviews unlock after submission; private notes remain private.
A founder can separately choose to publish their review as a named testimonial. Optional private notes are never testimonials and should not be quoted.
One customer, deeply enough
ICP Design replaces a vague persona with an evidence-backed customer model. You answer the questions that actually matter, grade how you know, then approve a version Startup Memory, Journey, Distribution, and Founder AI can use.
A usable ICP is not a job title plus a few adjectives. It is a specific person in a specific situation: the pain they feel, the words they use, the workflow they already have, who trusts them, who pays, and who should not buy. ICP Design walks you through that picture in four steps, then turns it into a report you can act on.
Every core answer can carry an evidence grade, from founder belief through observed behavior to paying behavior. Optional customer signals capture what current users, buyers, activation, retention, and churn already show. You can skip a signal you do not have. The report will say what it could not confirm.
Answer 20 questions across five chapters: the person, the pain, current behavior, how to reach and sell, and the value boundary. Each answer can be graded by how you know.
Optionally record what real users, buyers, activation, retention, and churn already show. Skip any signal you do not have instead of inventing one.
See completion, evidence strength, and signal coverage, then choose a deep AI report or a founder-authored report that organizes your answers without inference.
Lock an immutable ICP version. Startup Memory, Journey, Distribution, and Founder AI use that version until you deliberately update it.
Who they are, the urgent problem, the desired outcome, the anti-ICP, and a composite example specific enough to recognize.
Problem phrases, search language, objections, and outcome language taken from the customer, not from company copy.
Three grounded starting points with an access path, first test, success signal, and effort expectation.
A validation task you can save to Journey or turn into a Distribution campaign and Studio drafts.
Approval does not silently overwrite Memory. You review the five customer fields it would update, keep or replace any conflict, and lock an immutable version. Later updates create the next version instead of editing history. Free includes limited ICP Design; Founder, Founder Pro, and Founder Scale include full access. Read how ICP Design works.
A distribution operating system
Distribution is not a drafting desk. It turns one growth objective into a campaign, one current action, approved assets, captured openings, optional email delivery, and recorded results—then asks you to continue, change, scale, or stop.
Most founder marketing tools help you produce more content. This workspace helps you run one experiment you can actually judge. It reads confirmed Startup Memory, the current Journey stage, and the approved ICP when you have one. AI can propose a campaign or an asset. You review it before anything becomes the live plan.
Only one campaign can run at a time. A campaign cannot start until it has an objective, audience, offer, message, hypothesis, deadline, primary channel bet, metric target, and at least one execution action. Acquire and Grow campaigns also open a Journey cycle so the distribution hypothesis stays attached to stage evidence.
One objective, one audience, one channel bet, a primary measure, and a finish line. The campaign cannot start until those pieces exist.
Today keeps one current action in view. Studio and Email turn the campaign into copy, graphics, and consented sends you still approve.
Capture published URLs, replies, conversations, manual results, and verified email events. Missing numbers stay missing.
Close the loop with an explicit continue, change, scale, or stop decision. The learning is stored and can feed the next ICP and campaign.
Mission control for the active campaign: one current action, due work, approvals, and early signals.
Turn a growth objective into a runnable experiment with a hypothesis, channel bet, metric, deadline, and execution actions.
Create campaign-linked copy and graphics, review AI proposals, approve the version you want, and keep history.
Draft X, Reddit, and blog copy from Memory, ICP, and stage, then save the keepers into Studio.
Capture real openings with their source. Suggested angles stay labeled separately from evidence you actually have.
Scorecards, recorded results, tracking links, and an explicit campaign review. No invented reach or engagement.
Contacts, consent, broadcasts, and verified delivery through your own Resend account, connected to the same campaign loop.
Sourced, not scanned
FounderRoute does not claim to crawl communities or social networks. A URL is a reference unless you paste the excerpt that matters.
Missing stays missing
Learn never fills empty metrics with zeros or estimates. Manual results, published URLs, and verified email events are labeled by source.
You send, with consent
Email goes through your Resend domain to contacts you attest have permission. It is not unsolicited bulk outreach and it is not automatic posting to other platforms.
Free includes limited Distribution; Founder, Founder Pro, and Founder Scale include full access. For the working details, see the Distribution docs. Content Engine lives inside the same workspace—see Content Engine.
Copy from company context
Content Engine writes X, Reddit, and blog drafts from confirmed Startup Memory, the approved ICP, and the current stage. You choose the channel, format, and intent. FounderRoute does not scrape communities or post for you.
Most drafting tools start from a blank prompt. Content Engine starts from what the company already knows: accepted Memory, the approved customer model, and the stage you are in. That keeps the copy specific, and it keeps unsupported claims from sounding like facts.
On Reddit, you name the community and can paste its rules. Promo intents stay blocked when the room does not allow them. On Blog, you can generate a full SEO article or a brief with title options and an outline to write from. Drafts you keep can save into Studio so they join the same campaign asset history.
Posts, articles, and threads grounded in this startup—not a generic social prompt.
Posts and comments for a community you name, with promo intent blocked when the room does not allow it.
SEO articles and briefs shaped by ICP search language, Memory, and the current stage.
Open Content Engine from Distribution and pick X, Reddit, or Blog.
Pick the format that fits the channel, then choose helpful, valuable, soft mention, problem-solution, or promotional.
Drafts read confirmed Startup Memory, the approved ICP, and the current Journey stage so the copy stays specific to this company.
Copy what you need, or save a draft into Studio so it joins campaign assets and version history. Publishing elsewhere is still on you.
Grounded in Memory
Drafts use confirmed company context and the approved ICP when one exists, not a one-off chat transcript.
Rules-aware Reddit
You paste the community rules. Promo intents are blocked when the room does not allow them.
You still publish
Copy or save into Studio. FounderRoute does not scrape Reddit or post to X, Reddit, or your blog for you.
Content Engine follows the Distribution access and usage limits of your plan. For the working details, see the Content Engine docs.
Your context, kept useful
Startup Memory turns scattered knowledge into reviewed, source-aware context. It gives Founder AI and the rest of FounderRoute a stronger foundation without silently treating every draft as fact.
Organizes accepted facts across company, market, audience, product, traction, brand, goals, legal, and operations.
Analyzes approved source files and proposes facts with citations instead of silently changing your context.
Lets you accept, reject, merge, replace, verify, or remove information while preserving useful history.
Powers Founder AI with durable context and highlights the highest-value information still missing.
